Thursday, 20 June 2024The Lae Terminal staff participated in a 6-month corporate 7’s rugby competition as part of a staff health and fitness initiative. This was the first time the Geo Gas company sponsored its employees to take part in a corporate rugby challenge.
Geogas, a dominant force in the league, secured an impressive haul of five trophies.The team emerged victorious in the Grandfinal Masters competition and the Grandfinal Senior Mix event.
Additionally, We clinched the overall championship, finishing the season in first place. Vincent, a standout player, was awarded the Man of the Match title in the Masters Mix category, while Quincy was named Woman of the Match in the Seniors Mix competition
