Morobe Show 60th Diamond Jubilee
4th & 5th November, 2023; Lae, PNGThe Morobe Show is an annual agricultural and cultural event held in Lae, Papua New Guinea. It is the largest and most significant event of its kind in the country.
The Morobe Show showcases a variety of activities and displays, including agriculture, horticulture, floriculture, livestock, commercial industries, education, and cultural performances. Key attractions include cowboy events, traditional dancing, rides and entertainment, commercial and agricultural exhibits, and daredevil bike stunts.
The event is organized by the Morobe Province Agricultural Society, a non-profit organization. It is held at the Lae Showground in the heart of Lae City, typically on the weekend closest to the full moon in October.
The 60th anniversary Morobe Show celebrated the theme “Be Productive”.
